ACCESS CONTROL

Entrance to the units via the automated gates
will be control / card system. Visitors to the building
will be able via an intercom system situated at the
front entrance Owners / Occupiers will be able to view
the visitor via their means of one CCTV camera integrated
with the television Owner/Occupier will then be able
to allow the visitor to enter the door strikelock from
within the apartment. Apartment conventional locks
with doorbells to announce the visitor’s.
