HOUSE AREA:
Refers to floor area, measured to include all walls and measured
to the external face of the walls. All areas are approximate.
VARIATION ORDERS:
Variation Orders (VO’s) will be processed if received timeously.
All VO’s must be paid once the client has signed the acceptance
of the variation. No variations will be carried out unless payment
has been received in full and/or after construction.
VAT:
All Prime Cost items and Provisional sums include 14 % VAT.
COLOUR SCHEME
The colour scheme internal is as per Architectural Professional’s
selection. Exterior colour scheme may differ from presentation
colour as per Architectural Professional’s selection.
